Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacant units for leasing, managing materials, documenting requests, and maintaining grounds. Certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II/Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• OSHA safety training and compliance, as required by policy.
• State/local licensing as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance to meet policy, safety, and code requirements.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory and obtain materials, coordinating with maintenance supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for proper record-keeping.
• Assist in grounds/amenities upkeep and safety tasks; support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Inspect contractor work periodically to ensure quality and compliance.
