Greystar in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality.

You will perform work orders, complete the make-ready process for new residents, manage materials, and assist with grounds maintenance, while following safety policies and documenting work. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property depending on the property size.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins.
• Follows procedures to access and obtain materials from the property’s maintenance department and tracks inventory.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities and performs general cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and proper tool use.
