Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on performing technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will handle preventive maintenance and respond to service requests on a rotating on-call schedule. Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, managing materials, and assisting with grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• State and local certifications as required for technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant units and inspect completed work.
• Access materials and inventory, track usage and reorder as needed.
