Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician for Midtown Green in Raleigh, NC. The role involves diagnosing and repairing building systems, completing work orders, and helping with make-ready tasks for vacant units.

Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, documenting tasks, and following safety procedures. The position requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license, with on-call rotation and standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Executes make-ready processes for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities and assists in cost-control by using materials efficiently.
• Documents work orders promptly and accurately.
