Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical maintenance on buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, completing work orders, performing make-ready tasks for vacant units, managing materials, and assisting with inspections and safety commitments on a property team.

Qualifications

• Maintenance work experience and ability to diagnose and repair building systems.
• Familiarity with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety practices.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready tasks and organize pre-move-in inspections and punch lists.
