Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and service the physical aspects of our properties. You will handle routine maintenance, inspect units, and support safety and cleanliness across buildings and common areas.

Workdays are Monday through Friday with an on-call rotating schedule. The role requires technical skills, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to coordinate with vendors while keeping accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Maintains and repairs building systems per policy and safety standards.
• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Supports on-site safety and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs following code requirements.
• Prepare vacant units, create punch lists, schedule vendors.
• Track inventory and re-order supplies as needed.
• Document requests accurately for tracking.
