Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical tasks ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and support on-site operations at a midrise property.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready tasks for new move-ins, maintaining inventory, and assisting with groundskeeping and painting.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Must have valid driver's license to operate property equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, request re-orders, and maintain proper paperwork for requests.
• Document work performed for accountability and reporting.
• Assist with groundskeeping, cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Contribute to cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
