Job summary

Greystar is seeking an On-site Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. This role includes handling service requests, making repairs, and performing preventative maintenance on a stabilized Garden property with 313 units.

The position requires scheduling with a Monday–Friday pattern plus an on-call rotation, compliance with OSHA and safety rules, and the ability to work in varied weather while maintaining

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• State and local certifications as required for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests and preventative repairs following safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, inspect work, and coordinate with vendors.
• Track inventory, access materials, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
