Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance tasks across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work. You will support make-ready processes and respond to resident requests under supervision.

Daily duties include keeping areas safe, performing pool and grounds maintenance, and maintaining logs. On-call availability and adherence to safety standards are required, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks for units under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all maintenance tasks.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies and maintain records of service requests.
