Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance across a multi-family property in Georgia. You will diagnose and repair building systems, complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, and maintain grounds and amenities while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal), state/local certifications, and a valid driver’s license for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Executes make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Accesses materials and inventory from maintenance, tracks usage, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans, paints curbs and signage as needed.
• Supports cost-containment by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
