Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/2 or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license required for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property systems per safety standards and code requirements.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Manages materials access and inventory from the maintenance department and notifies supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to track service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including trash pickup, pressure-washing, cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing components rather than replacing parts when feasible.
