Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician at our Atlanta-area property to perform routine and preventive maintenance. You will diagnose and repair issues, complete make-ready tasks for vacants, and help keep grounds and amenities in top condition.

Responsibilities include documenting services, tracking inventory, and contributing to cost-saving efforts. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; on-call evenings/weekends may be involved.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery/certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Maintenance and safety procedures experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Track inventory, request materials, and maintain supplies.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist with grounds, common areas, and amenities maintenance.
