Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Georgia to uphold the physical standards of our properties and amenities. The role involves preventive maintenance, making-ready vacant units, and ensuring safety and quality across indoor and outdoor areas.

Ideal candidates will hold EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II/Universal), a valid driver’s license for on-site vehicle use, and be comfortable with a flexible call schedule and occasional travel between properties.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance, diagnose defects, and repair as per safety standards and codes.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, schedule vendors, and ensure inspections are completed.
• Access materials from maintenance department, track usage, and notify supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost-control by fixing instead of replacing parts and using tools properly.
