Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure building and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and managing make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires travel to assist other properties as needed and availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing (make-ready) including pre-move-out inspection and punch list creation.
• Schedules vendors and contractors, procures materials, and completes maintenance tasks.
• Maintains documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Assists in grounds and common area upkeep, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-saving measures by using parts efficiently and proper tool usage.
