Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine interior and exterior maintenance for our communities. You will respond to repair requests from residents and staff and report equipment malfunctions to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems. OSHA safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance in all tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, and asphalt work.
