Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping for residential communities. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and basic carpentry under supervision, while ensuring safety and resident privacy.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Compensation includes eligibility for incentive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and respect during visits.
• Attend training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, and other services.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
