Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and repairs at our communities in the United States. You will respond to resident repair requests, operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic carpentry tasks with safety and customer service in mind.

Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a multi-unit setting is preferred; a High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a multi-unit or similar facility.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical basics preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to resident repair requests and track work orders.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Keep work areas safe and report hazards to supervisor.
