Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior community maintenance tasks at our residential properties. You will respond to repair requests, conduct routine upkeep, and ensure safety and resident privacy while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repair, with a focus on reliable service, safety, and customer care for residents and staff across our

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• EPA or CPO certifications may be required depending on community staffing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Ensure resident privacy and safety while performing tasks.
• Attend in-service training and work with vendors as needed.
