Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks for our communities. You will handle painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs under supervision, while ensuring resident privacy and safety.

Strong customer service and communication are required as you respond to repair requests and coordinate with vendors. The role emphasizes timely maintenance, adherence to OSHA standards, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community staffing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, and maintain equipment as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and security before entering units.
• Attend in-service training and educate staff as assigned.
