Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance across communities under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will respond to repair requests, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with vendors for tasks such as landscaping or asphalt. A High School diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respect residents and staff, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering apartments.
• Keep maintenance items in safe areas to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service trainings and education sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and ensure regular attendance.
