Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks for our communities. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and handle plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs while ensuring resident privacy and safety.

You will respond to repair requests, maintain equipment, and follow OSHA standards. The role requires strong customer service, reliable attendance, and weekday–weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred in similar facilities.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine interior and exterior community maintenance and scheduled repairs.
• Respond to resident repair requests and maintenance concerns promptly.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and secure areas during work.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
