Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and address them.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested and assist in inventory monitoring of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance shop adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• On-call emergency at the community as needed.
• Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor; provide strong customer service to residents.
