Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Chico, CA, to perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across a multifamily property. You will assist with make-ready tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, ensuring timely responses to resident requests and proper asset upkeep.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and unit interiors, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and pool upkeep.
• Inspect facilities for hazards and perform preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain organized maintenance shop.
