Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our property maintenance program across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, handle make-readies, respond to work orders, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws, and be ready for on-site

Qualifications

• Experience handling maintenance requests and work orders.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety practices.
• Ability to perform physically demanding maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain community common areas and units, including make-ready activities.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and log chemicals accurately.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and progress records.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
