Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Service Manager in keeping the community safe, clean and well maintained for residents, visitors and staff. You will perform assigned duties in a safe manner and may assume maintenance responsibilities in the Service Manager's absence.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety, completing work orders within 24 hours when possible, coordinating make-ready repairs, and reporting major issues.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in property management or equivalent field.
• HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in maintaining the community and ensure a clean, safe living environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety-related duties per OSHA/ADA regulations.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours when possible and report major repairs to the Service Manager.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs and assist make-ready staff to meet deadlines.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools; assist in safety and housekeeping duties.
