Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Oklahoma City to perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. Responsibilities include make-ready tasks, pool care, grounds upkeep, and safety compliance across communities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and basic computer skills, with on-site duties and a focus on timely service requests and quality sanitation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community facilities and conduct routine and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and address issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.

Education
