Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for The Carson property in Charlotte, NC. You will execute routine maintenance, complete work orders, and perform make-ready tasks for vacant units while following safety policies and building codes.

You will also inspect common areas, track inventory, and support vendors as needed. This role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires OSHA safety training and adherence to policies.
• Experience performing maintenance tasks and repairs on property systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, request replacements, and return unused items to stock.
• Document service requests clearly for tracking and accountability.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and assist in cost-control by using materials efficiently.
• Assist in safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
