Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician for The Carson in Charlotte, NC. The role includes completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and making-ready units to prepare for leasing.

You will follow safety policies and maintain records for property management, with on-site duties and rotating on-call responsibilities. The position offers on-site work at a stabilized 298-unit property, with schedule Monday–Friday plus rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
• State and local certification requirements for technicians

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate repairs.
• Access and track materials, equipment, and tools; notify if re-ordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately for proper tracking and records.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts when possible rather than replacing them.
