Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily community maintenance, including routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks. You will respond to requests, help with make-ready, and keep pool and exterior areas clean and safe.

The role requires basic computer skills, high school education, and knowledge of safety regulations. On-site presence and on-call duties are required to ensure a well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community buildings and units, including routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain the daily clean up of exterior areas and common spaces.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
• Support maintenance supervisor with inventory and scheduling of repairs.
• Document service requests and maintenance actions accurately.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold a professional image of the community.
