Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of our community properties. Responsibilities include routine and emergency maintenance, make-ready work, and daily shop organization under supervision.

Regular on-site attendance and safe operation of tools are required. The role emphasizes customer service to residents, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and respond to resident/management requests.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop, inventory, and safety records.
• Support preventative maintenance and on-call emergency coverage at the community.
