Job summary

Asset Living is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will help with make-ready, supervise safety, and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will respond to resident requests, perform common area repairs, and maintain logs of chemical usage and equipment. The role requires daily on-site attendance and a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify and correct hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community and minimize future repairs.
