Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks across the property, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic work. Work is performed under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, maintaining logs, and assisting with make-ready, inspections, and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance/repair tasks across the community and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and safety logs.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, grounds, and facilities.
• Assist with turn events and make-ready tasks as needed.
