Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the on-site maintenance of the community, performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. The role includes assist in make-ready processes and daily safety practices.

Regular attendance, responsiveness to resident and management requests, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to OSHA guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out the maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with the make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections and maintain safe work practices.
• Maintain well-organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
