Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Little Rock, AR. The role involves assisting with maintenance across the property—corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic—under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily tasks include on-site repairs, make-ready support, and coordinating with residents and management. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes: corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Support make-ready process in line with property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in daily operations.
