Job summary

Asset Living in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support ongoing maintenance across our community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to keep amenities in top condition.

The role emphasizes responsiveness to residents, record keeping, safety, and teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community maintenance and respond to requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance on facilities.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and safety compliance per supervisor guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and inventory.
• Document service requests, inspections, and preventive tasks accurately.
• Support supervisor and manager in property upkeep and resident relations.
