Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, the make-ready process, inventory tracking, and thorough documentation. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license for on-site golf carts, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing per safety standards.
• Makes-ready to prepare vacant apartments, conducts pre-move-out inspections, creates punch lists, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately and on time for proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs/signage, and debris removal.
• Supports cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.
