Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Property Maintenance Technician to service 360-unit Garden community in Columbia, SC. You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for leasing while coordinating with vendors as needed.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a focus on safety and efficiency in all tasks. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with rotating on-call; on-site work in all weather conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications (as applicable).
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and complete work orders per established policies.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing by performing Make-Ready duties and coordinating vendors as needed.
• Maintains inventory and documents materials used; notifies supervisor when re-ordering is required.
• Supports grounds and common areas maintenance and safe operation of tools and equipment.
• Participates in safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA and related requirements.
