Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Johnson City, TN to perform maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager and involves the make-ready process and on-site safety compliance.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and perform regular inspections.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Assist in make-ready, cleaning, and upkeep of common areas and units.
• Report violations and participate in on-call emergencies.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
