Asset Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance of our communities in Goodlettsville, TN. You will perform routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and help ensure the safety and reliability of common areas and units.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Formación

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in community maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform routine and cosmetic maintenance; assist with safety inspections and record-keeping.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and keep organized maintenance shop.
• Assist in on-call emergency duties and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Support maintenance supervisor and community manager with inventory and reporting.
