Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across properties, handling corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will participate in unit make-ready and ensure timely repairs in common areas and units.

Responsibilities include on-site daily attendance, responding to service requests, maintaining safety standards, and tracking maintenance records. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs in common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events to meet property objectives.
• Maintain safety practices, OSHA guidelines, and complete accurate maintenance records.
• Assist in inventory management and daily shop organization.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
