Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the on-site maintenance of our multifamily communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensure make-ready readiness, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with safety and inventory tasks.

You should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, plus familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and routine repairs in the property.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain exterior areas and common spaces including pools and grounds.
