Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across the property under supervision. The role includes on-site duties and active resident relations.

The position emphasizes reliability, safety, and attention to detail while contributing to a well-maintained community and adherence to EPA/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance across common areas and units.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and safety standards.
