Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance in common areas and units.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; follow hazard communications program.
