Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property maintenance at Century Grove Park in Clayton, NC. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks per property objectives.

The candidate will perform daily community maintenance, respond to resident requests, assist with turn events, and help uphold safety standards while maintaining organized maintenance spaces and logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform community maintenance in common areas and units.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior and common areas, including grounds and facilities.
• Assist in daily clean-up and pool maintenance including chemical logs.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
