Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Broomfield, CO to perform preventive and responsive maintenance across apartments and common areas. You will prep units, handle work orders, and assist with electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and appliance repairs to keep residents comfortable and homes well cared for.

You will participate in snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks, while staying on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks.
• Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride.
