Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our communities with a range of maintenance tasks, from corrective to cosmetic. The role includes make-ready work and requires close supervision by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

On-site attendance is essential; responsibilities include responding to requests, performing repairs, pool upkeep, safety checks, and inventory records. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes: corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready processes under supervision.
• Attend on-site regularly and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow OSHA guidelines.
