Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance activities at our Texas property. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, plus make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.

Role requires high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular onsite attendance and on-call availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes for the property including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Carry out make-ready tasks to meet the property's operational objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident and management requests and complete work orders promptly for common areas and units.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management of tools and supplies and maintain accurate records of service requests and make-ready status.
