Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our multi-family communities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep interiors, exteriors, amenities, and common areas safe and appealing.

Daily duties include responding to work orders within 24–48 hours, completing make-ready for new move-ins, inspecting work, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors. This role requires a valid driver's license and EPA refrigerant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine maintenance to protect property appearance and safety.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Inspect work performed by contractors to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain inventory, track supplies, and notify supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to residents and collaborate with team to meet goals.
