Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical work across inside and external areas of our multifamily properties in Davenport. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure amenities meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role requires 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA refrigerant certifications. Typical duties include completing work orders promptly, supporting cost-control, and

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred: 1-3 years of apartment maintenance.
• Licenses: Valid Driver's License.
• Certifications: EPA Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24 to 48 hours.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and track inventory.
• Maintains documentation for service requests and inspections.
• Assists in property inspections and safety compliance.
