Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our multi-family properties in the Atlanta area. You will handle routine maintenance, resident-requested repairs, and make-ready tasks to prepare units for leasing, while ensuring safety and quality standards across common areas and grounds.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 lb and move heavier loads with assistance.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine maintenance and make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for leasing.
• Inspect properties for safety and quality and document work performed.
• Assist in coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Follow safety policies and protect residents and employees.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software.
